| Abstract: | Summary
Cyanidium caldarium grows in acid water obtained from a bacterial leaching procedure and the alga is capable of precipitating metals from the solution. This study demonstrates that changes in culture and oxidation-reduction conditions may result in a different bioaccumulation of metals. |
