| 摘 要： | 根据已发表的植酸酶基因phyA序列(GI：4815609和GI：22901877)设计引物，以米曲霉(Asperillus oryae Cohn，编号：ACCC30155)的总DNA为模板，利用PCR扩增得到目的片段。将此片段克隆到表达载体pPIC9K的EcoRI酶切位点构建重组质粒，通过电转化方式将重组质粒转化毕赤酵母(Pichia pastoris)。检测结果表明，植酸酶基因在毕赤酵母中得到了表达。 |
