| 摘 要： | 紫外光照射小麦花药进行组织培养,通过2年的试验结果初步表明:紫外光对诱导愈伤组织和分化绿苗有一定的作用,从多数试验材料的愈伤组织诱导率与绿苗分化率,照射1秒的比照射2秒、6秒、8秒和未照射的对照高。
