摘    要:对应用光合细菌和酵母菌综合处理柠檬酸废水进行了初步研究,考察了各段工艺的处理效果。结果表明,第一步用热带假丝酵母处理后,CODCr去除率为13.6%,出水pH为7.5,沉淀的酵母泥干重得率7.0g/L,蛋白质含量47%;第二步用光合细菌处理后,CODCr去除率为58%,总去除率达63.7%,出水pH为9.6,絮凝沉淀的光合菌泥干重得率1.2g/L,蛋白质含量51%。

Abstract:A preliminary study on citric acid wastewater treatment by the combination of photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) and Candida tropicalis has been carried out. The results demonstrated that the CODCr deduction rate was 13. 6 % and the outflow pH was 7. 5 While firstly treated with Candida tropicalis. This process also caused a 7. 0g/L dehydrated flocculent precipitate of yeast with 47% of protein content. A CODcr deduction rate at 58% was observed following the second treatment with PSB and the total CODCr deduction rate was shown to be 63. 7%. Its outflow pH was 9. 6. A 1. 2g/L dehydrated PSB precipitate with 51 % of protein content was obtained as well in this process.
