局部热疗联合替吉奥及奥沙利铂治疗胃癌腹腔转移的疗效观察

目的:评价局部热疗联合替吉奥及奥沙利铂治疗胃癌腹腔转移的疗效、患者生存质量及不良反应。方法:选择2011年1月-2016年1月来我院就诊的82例胃癌腹腔转移患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组采用替吉奥及奥沙利铂治疗,观察组在此基础上加用局部热疗,疗程为4周,治疗后对比两组患者的疗效、生存质量及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,两组均有一定疗效,观察组的有效率为58.5%,明显高于对照组的31.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的生存质量提高率为73.2%,明显高于对照组的48.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组发生呕吐13例,腹泻1例,口腔粘膜炎8例,对照组发生呕吐12例,3例腹泻,口腔粘膜炎9例,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组白细胞减少7例,对照组15例,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:局部热疗联合替吉奥及奥沙利铂治疗胃癌腹腔转移的疗效较好,患者生存质量改善,不良反应较轻。

Curative Effect Observation of Local Thermotherapy Combined with S-1 andOxaliplatin in Treatment of Peritoneal Metastasis of Gastric Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect,quality of life and adverse reactions of local thermotherapy combined withS-1 and oxaliplatin in treatment of peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods:Selected 82 cases of patients with gastric cancer andperitoneal metastasis in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2016, and were randomly divided into observation group and controlgroup, with 41 cases in each group. The control group were treated with S-1 and oxaliplatin, the observation group was added with localhyperthermia on the basis of control group, the course of treatment was 4 weeks, Compared the curative effect, quality of life and adversereaction of the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment, the two groups had a certain effect, The effective rate of the observationgroup was 58.5%, which was significantly higher than 31.7% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The quality of life improvement rate of the observation group was 73.2%, which was significantly higher than 48.8% of thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); There were 13 cases of vomiting, 1 cases of diarrhea and 8 cases oforal mucositis in the observation group, and there were 12 cases of vomiting, 3 cases of diarrhea, 9 cases of oral mucositis in the controlgroup, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); White blood cells decreased in 7 cases of the observation group, and in 15cases of control group,he difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of local thermotherapy combinedwith S-1 and oxaliplatin in treatment of peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer is better, the quality of life in patients is improved,and the adverse reactions is mild.
