硝苯地平与硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床疗效及对患者血清肌 酐、HSP70 及尿微量白蛋白水平的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨硝苯地平联合硫酸镁对妊娠高血压综合征患者血清肌酐、HSP70及尿微量白蛋白水平的影响。方法:选取近5年在我院接受治疗的妊娠高血压综合征患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用硫酸镁治疗,实验组患者采取硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗。观察并比较治疗前后两组患者血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血尿酸(UA)热休克蛋白70(HSP70)及24 h尿微量白蛋白水平以及收缩压及舒张压的变化。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者Scr、BUN、UA、HSP70及24 h尿微量白蛋白水平和收缩压及舒张压均显著降低(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者上述指标均明显降低(P0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合硫酸镁能够降低妊娠高血压综合征患者血压,保护患者肾功能。

Effects of Nifedipine Combined with MagnesiumSulfate on the Serum Creatinine, HSP70 and Urine Micro Albumin of Patients with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate on the serum creatinine, HSP70 and urine micro albumin levels of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods:60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in recent 5 years from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the experiment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by magnesium sulfate, while patients in the experiment group were treated by nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate. The serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , blood uric acid (UA), heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and 24 h urine micro albumin levels, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were compared before and after treatments.Results:Compared with before treatment, the serum Scr, BUN, UA, HSP70 and 24 h urine micro albumin levels, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0. 05); compared with the control group, the index mentioned above of experiment group were significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combine with magnesium sulfate could reduce the blood pressure of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, protect the kidney function.
