舒张性心力衰竭患者血清NT-ProBNP和CRP水平及其临床意义

目的:探究舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者血清N末端脑利钠肽原(NT-Pro BNP)与C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并分析其对DHF的诊断及疗效评估的价值。方法:选择2011年4月至2015年3月期间我院收治的DHF患者52例为研究组,同时选择50例心脏功能正常者为对照组,分别采用化学发光法、散射比浊法检测两组血清NT-Pro BNP及CRP水平,对比组间差异及研究组患者治疗前后血清指标变化状况。结果:研究组患者治疗前血清NT-Pro BNP、CRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组患者接受治疗后血清NT-Pro BNP、CRP降低,治疗前后数据差异有显著统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:DHF患者血清NT-Pro BNP和CRP水平均显著高于正常,临床可采用血清NT-Pro BNP和CRP作为DHF病情变化及临床疗效的评估指标。

Study on SerumNT-Pro BNP and CRP Levels in Patients with Diastolic Heart Failure

Objective:To explore serum N-terminal pro-brain nitric peptide(NT-Pro BNP)and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in patients with diastolic heart failure(DHF), and analyze their value in clinical diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of DHF.Methods:A total of 52 patients with DHF, who were admitted to Baotou Central Hospital from April 2011 to March 2015, were chosen as study group, and 50 people with normal heart function, as control group. Serum NT-Pro BNP and CRP levels were detected by chemiluminescence method and scattering turbidimetric method respectively. The differences between groups were compared and the changes of the above two indexes in the study group before and after treatment were compared.Results:The serum levels of NT-ProBNP and CRP in the study group before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and they decreased after treatment in the study group. There was a statistical significance between before treatment and after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum NT-ProBNP and CRP levels of patients with DHF in the study group are significantly higher than those in the control group, which can be used as the evaluation indexes of DHF disease and clinical curative effect.
