埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床疗效及其经济学评价

目的:对比分析埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑在治疗老年反流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效及其经济学价值。方法:采用随机数字表法将我院2013年2月至2014年8月消化科门诊治疗的84例老年RE患者分成埃索美拉唑组与奥美拉唑组,每组患者42例。两组患者分别给予埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗,对比分析两组治疗第4、8周的临床症状和食管炎病变,对治疗方案进行成本(C)-效果(E)分析。结果:两组治疗第8周的临床有效率、食管炎愈合率和总有效率均显著高于第4周(P0.05);其中埃索美拉唑组第4周和第8周的临床有效率均显著高于奥美拉唑组(P0.05);埃索美拉唑组治疗第8周的食管炎愈合率和食管炎总有效率均显著高于奥美拉唑组(P0.05);埃索美拉唑组4周、8周治疗的C/E值均低于奥美拉唑组。结论:埃索美拉唑在治疗老年RE的临床疗效上优于奥美拉唑,且C/E较低,临床上具有较高的经济学价值。

Clinical Effect of Esomeprazole and Omeprazole in Elderly RefluxEsophagitis and their Economic Evaluation

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effect of esomeprazole and omeprazole in treatment of elderly refluxesophagitis (RE) and their economic evaluation.Methods:A total of 84 elderly patients with RE, who were treated in the department ofgastroenterology in Second People''s Hospital of Yibin from February 2013 to August 2014, were randomly divided into esomeprazolegroup(n=42) and omeprazole group (n=42). The two groups were treated with Esomeprazole and Omeprazole respectively. The clinicalsymptoms and esophageal inflammatory lesion in the two groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were compared and analyzed, and thetwo kinds of treatment were made the cost (C)-effect (E) analysis.Results:The clinical effect rate,esophageal inflammatory healing rateand total effect rate in two groups after 8 weeks of treatment were significantly higher than after 4 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). The clinicaleffect rate in esomeprazole group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment were significantly higher than that in omeprazole group(P<0.05). The esophagitis healing rate and total effect rate in esomeprazole group after 8 weeks of treatment were significantly higherthan those in omeprazole group (P<0.05). The value of C/E in esomeprazole group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment were lowerthan that in omeprazole group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of esomeprazole in treatment of elderly RE is better than that of omeprazole,with the advantage of lowC/E, which has a high clinical economic value.
