无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜在消化道疾病诊治中的临床对比分析

目的:探究并分析无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜在消化道疾病诊治中的临床应用价值。方法:于2014年5月~2015年5期间,选择我院收治的胃肠消化道疾病患者64例为研究对象,根据患者对胃肠镜检测方式的选择,将其分为研究组(33例)和对照组(31例)。研究组患者给予无痛胃肠镜检查,对照组给予常规胃肠镜检查,观察并记录两组患者胃肠镜检查前后血氧饱和度(SpO_2)、心率及血压的变化,内镜操作过程中咽喉反射发生率、不良反应的发生率,术后内镜检查效果评价及患者对操作的满意度。结果:研究组胃肠镜检查效果显著优于对照组,且研究组优良率显著高于对照组(P0.05);研究组患者在胃肠镜检查前后心率、血压及SpO_2均未出现明显变化(P0.05),而对照组患者在内镜查前后心率、血压均出现明显变化,术中心率、血压均明显高于术前和术后(P0.05);研究组患者出现咽喉反射及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,对操作满意度显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜相比,患者适应性更好、疼痛轻、不良反应少、安全性高,且患者对操作的满意度高。

Comparison between Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Conventional Gastrocolonoscopy in Diagnosis of Digestive Diseases

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical application value of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and conventional gastrocolonoscopy in the diagnosis of patients with digestive diseases.Methods:A total of 64 patients with digestive diseases, who were treated in, Liangxiang teaching hospital of Capital Medical University from May 2014 to May 2015, were chosen as research objects, who were divided into research group (n=33) and control group (n=31) according to selected gastrocolonoscopy method.The research group underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, while the control group, conventional gastrocolonoscopy. The change of SpO2, heart rate and blood pressure before and after gastrocolonoscopy inspection, the incidence of intraoperative throat reflection and adverse reactions, and the post-operation effect and satisfaction of operation of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results:The effect and the excellent and good rate of research group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). The SpO2, heart rate and blood pressure in the research group had no significant changes before and after gastrointestinal endoscopy (P>0.05), but the heart rate and blood pressure in the control group had significant changes, and the intraoperative heart rate and blood pressure were significantly higher than pre-operation and post-operation (P<0.05). The incidence of intraoperative throat reflection and adverse reactions in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the satisfaction of operation in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional gastrocolonoscopy, painless gastrointestinal endoscopy is more comfortable,less painful and adverse reaction, higher security and satisfaction of patients for inspection.
