摘    要:目的:探讨血清炎性因子hs—CRP、IL.2在冠心病的发病机制、诊断和治疗中的应用价值。方法:hs.CRP采用免疫比浊法在全自动生化仪上测定,而IL-2采用ELISA法检测,观察其在患者组与正常对照组的浓度变化。结果:冠心痛患者组Its—CRP为(4.81±7.12mg/L),与正常对照组(0.73±0.80mg/L)比较,有显著性差异(P〈0.05);同样IL-2为(6.67±4.34ng/m1),与对照组(2.83±3.27ng/m1)比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)O相关分析表明IL.2与hs.CRP正相关(r=0.783,P〈0.05)。结论:血清IL.2与CRP在冠心病的发生发展中起着重要的作用,联合检测它们的水平可以判断冠心病的严重程度,对于冠心病的诊断、治疗及预后评估具有重要的临床应用价值。

The Detection of Serum Inflammatory Factors in the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and its Clinical Significance

Abstract:Objective: To explore pathogenesis,diagnosis and the therapeutic value of serum inflammatory factors including high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and interleukin-2 in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: hs-CRP was determined by immunoturbidimetric assay in automatic biochemical analyzer; IL-2 was detected by ELISA assay. We observed concentration change by comparing the patients'group with the normal control group. Results: Compared with the normal control group whose hs-CRP was (0.73± 0.80mg/L), hs-CRP in the patients'group was (4.81 ± 7.12mg/L), and there was statistically significant differences (P 〈0.05) between the two groups in this aspect. Besides, IL-2 in the patients'group was (6.67± 3.34ng/ml), compared with the normal's group whose IL-2 was (2.83± 3.27ng/ml), and there was statistically significant differences(P〈0.05) as well. Correlation analysis showed that IL-2 and hs-CRP correlated positively(r=0.783, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The serum IL-2 and hs-CRP play important roles in the occurrence and development of CHD, so the joint detection of their levels can determine the severity of CHD. Therefore, it has important clinical application value for the diagnosis,treatment and prognostic assessment of CHD.
