| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨喉癌组织内皮素-1（ET-1）和血管内皮生长因子-C（VEGF-C）的表达与预后的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测80例喉癌组织及62例喉良性组织ET-1和VEGF．C的表达，探讨二者与喉癌患者预后的关系。结果：喉癌组织ET-1及VEGF-C阳性率分别为56．3％和57．5％，喉良性组织分别为19．4％和21．0％，差别具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；ET-1及VEGF-C与喉癌患者TNM分期、淋巴转移显著相关（P〈0．05），与组织学分级、年龄及性别无关（P〉0．05）。结论：ET-1与VEGF-C参与喉癌的发生机制，且与肿瘤的转移侵袭等生物学行为显著相关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the expression ofendothelin （ET-1） and vascular endothelial growth factor-C （VEGF-C） in laryngeal carcinoma and their relationship with prognosis. Methods： Immunohistochemical method was used to detect ET-I and VEGF-C level in 80 samples of laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 62 samples of benign laryngeal tissues. The relationship of expression of ET-1 and VEGF-C and prognosis were studied in laryngeal carcinoma. Results： The positive rates of ET-1 and VEGF-C in laryngeal carcinoma were 56.3% and 57.5%, which was higher than that in benign laryngeal tissues （19.4% and 21.0%, P〈0.05）; ET-1 and VEGF-C level were significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis （P〈0.05）, while there was no significant difference with histologi- cal grade, age and sex （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： ET-1 and VEGF-C participate in the pathogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma, and there was relationship with invasion and metastasis. |
