TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和sICAM-1与嗜肺军团菌感染关系的研究

目的探讨细胞因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α和黏附分子sICAM-1在嗜肺军团菌（Lp）感染者血清中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法用ELISA法检测30例Lp感染者和40例健康体检者血清中IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、sICAM-1的含量并进行对比。结果Lp感染者血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、sICAM-1均表现出急性期〉恢复期，且急性期TNF-α、IL-8、sICAM-1浓度均较正常对照组明显增高，P〈0．05，IL-6与IL-8、TNF-α、sICAM-1及TNF-α与sICAM-1的改变存在明显的正相关。结论Lp感染者血清中IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、sICAM-1含量出现表达异常，并随着病情程度的不同改变不同，对临床病情的监测、治疗、疗效判断、预后估计有重要的临床意义。

To investigate the relationship between IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,sICAM-1 and Legionella pneumophila infection

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum interleukin-6 （IL-6） ,interleukin-8 （ IL- 8 ） , tumor necrosis factor-or （TNF-α） and soluble intercellular molecule-1 （ slCAM-1 ） in patients with Legionella pneumophila infection. Methods The levels of IL-6 ,IL-8 ,TNF-α, slCAM-1 in serum of 30 eases patients with LegioneUa pneumophila infection and 40 cases control peoples were detected with ELISA. Results The levels of serum IL-8,TNF-α, slCAM-1 of acute patients were magnificent higher than that of control people. There was obviously correlation among their levels in patients,serum. Conclusion The changes of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α, slCAM-1 in patients suggested that immunotity function of patients was decreased. They would play important roles in Legionaires disease.
