| 摘 要： | SP（side population）胞是细胞群体中极少的一部分，它们可将进入细胞核的荧光染料排出胞外，在荧光显微镜下观察或流式细胞检测时表现为不着色，故称为SP细胞。已发现SP细胞和干细胞具有很多共性，且与肿瘤干细胞很相似。对SP细胞及其性质、分离方法、用途，以及SP细胞与肿瘤干细胞的关系等进行了简要阐述。

| Abstract: | Side populations（SP） cells represent only a small fraction of the whole cell population, as defined by pumping out the fluorescent dye Hoechst33342 in fluorescence microscope and flow cytometry. It was found that there are common characters between SP cells and stem cells and that SP cells are similar to tumor stem cells （TSC）. The overall about SP cells, including their characters, the method to isolate them from other cells, their usage, and the relationship between SP cells and TSC were discussed in this review. |
