| Abstract: | A new species,Ectemnius anomalifulvus,sp.nov.,is described from Guangxi,China.The type specimen is deposited in the Insect Collections of Yunnan Agricultural University.
Ectemnius anomalifulvus Li et Li,sp.nov.(Figs.1～12)
The new species can be distinguished from the closed Ectemnius apo Tsuneki,1984 and other species of the genus by the following combination of characters:
1) antenna with 12 articles;2) flagellomere Ⅳinner margin slightly depressed;
3) mesoscutum with dense,oblique,longitudinal striations;4) metapleuron with inconspicuous,slender striations medially and posteriorly;5) pygidium present,and different body colorations.
Holotype:♂,Shiwandashan Mountain,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,China,03-Ⅻ-2001,XU Zai-fu. |
