Abstract: | We developed six polymorphic microsatellite markers for an ectomycorrhizal Pisolithus sp., which are associated with Eucalyptus camaldulensis in Thailand using a method starting with amplified fragments of intersimple sequence repeats (ISSR). The number of alleles per locus varied between two and five and expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.123 to 0.625. These loci are available for analysis of genetic structure and gene flow in Eucalyptus‐associated Pisolithus spp. populations. |
