华西雨蛙寄生多盘虫科单殖吸虫一新种

摘    要:在云南省新平县(24°N,101°32’E)采集的华西雨蛙Hyla a.annectans膀胱内检获多盘虫属1新种,新平多盘虫Polystoma xinpingensis sp.nov.。124只华西雨蛙中18只华西雨蛙感染,自然感染率为14.5%。新种与多盘虫属记录种最显著的区别在于:虫体体型小,其体长仅为2967μm。内侧肠管于虫体后1/3处仅形成2条横跨虫体的联合肠管,其它记录种肠管分支多数或形成较复杂的网状。睾丸巨大,呈滤泡状,分散分布直达虫体中部。新种的正、副模式标本保存在云南师范大学生命科学学院。

Abstract:Polystoma xinpingensis sp.nov.is described as a new species of the genus Polystoma(M onogenea,Polystomatidae) parasitic in the urinary bladder of frog Hyla a.annectans in Xinping County of Yunnan Province(24°N,101°32’E).Out of 124 host frogs,18 frogs were infected with the new parasite with the prevalence of 14.5 %.T he general characteristics are typical for the genus Polystoma.T he new species can be significantly distinguished from other recorded species in the genus by a combination of characteristics,including body size and the shape of intestinal caeca.T he new species is the smallest in China with the body length of 2 967 μm.T he shape of intestinal canal of polystomatids in genus Polystoma is the main taxonomiccharacteristic,and in the new species,in addition to absence of caeca in the outer lateral intestine,the inner lateral intestinal canals form two medial diverticula at posterior 1 /3 body,while most described species of polystomatids in genus Polystoma present complexity and variation in medial diverticula having a large amount of intestinal canals or forming netlike medial diverticula.Of the new species the test is single,huge and follicular,being scatteredly situated and extending to the middle of the body.T he new species was named after the location where hosts were collected,and specimens were conserved in the School of Life Sciences of Yunnan Normal University.
