| Abstract: | A transformation system was developed for the mycoparasitic filamentous fungus Trichoderma harzianum, based upon complementation of auxotrophic mutants. Prototrophic transformants were obtained using plasmids pSal23 and pAN5-41B, carrying the Aspergillus nidulans argB gene, and both the Aspergillus nidulans argB and Escherichia coli lacZ genes, respectively. |
