Production of an anti-MUC1 C595 dbFv antibody fragment in recombinant Escherichia coli |

| Abstract: | The production of C595 diabody fragment (dbFv) in Escherichia coli (E. coli) HB2151 clone has been explored. The comparison of fermentation processes mode demonstrated that a higher biomass inoculum operation enhanced C595 dbFv production. It was demonstrated that a concentration of 12.1 mg l?1 broth of dbFv and a cell concentration of 23.6 g l?1 broth were achieved at the end of 75 l fermentation. |
