摘    要:为了科学治理常见变质水性工业产品中的腐败微生物,对其进行分离、鉴定和分类,同时以卡松、布罗波尔、甲基异噻唑啉酮和苯并异噻唑啉酮四种杀菌防腐剂对6种标准细菌菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)作为耐药性标准,对腐败细菌进行耐药性评估分析。结果显示,日化用品变质样中革兰氏阴性细菌约占80.00%(克雷伯氏菌属、假单胞菌属、伯克霍尔德氏菌属等),革兰氏阳性细菌约占16.82%(芽孢杆菌属最多);而涂料及胶粘剂变质样中革兰氏阴性细菌约占53.33%(假单胞菌属、固氮菌属等),革兰氏阳性细菌约占38.27%(主要含芽孢杆菌属)。两者的耐药菌均主要为假单胞菌属且易对甲基异噻唑啉酮和苯并异噻唑啉酮产生耐药性。结论认为,导致产品微生物污染的因素很多,一方面由细菌产生耐药性引起,另一方面也与空气、水样和原材料污染等外部因素密切相关,但也不排除细菌自身一些生理、遗传、代谢特征等因素所致,即工业变质产品中的腐败微生物与耐药性微生物有相关性但是概念及含义并不相同。

Abstract:In order to scientifically control the putrefactive microorganism in common aquatic industrial products,the microorganisms were separated,identified and classified.At the same time,the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of carbazone,bropol,methylisothiazolinone and benzoisothiazolinone against six standard bacterial strains were used as the drug resistance standard.The results showed that the majority of isolates in daily chemical metamorphic samples were Gram-negative bacteria(80.00%)including genera Klebsiella,Pseudomonas and Burkholderia,while the dominant strain of Gram-positive bacteria(16.82%)was genera Bacillus.Most strains in the coating and adhesive metamorphic samples were Gram-negative bacteria(53.33%)containing genera Pseudomonas and Azotobacter,while the dominant species of Gram-positive bacteria(38.27%)was genera Bacillus.The drug-resistant bacteria of both were mainly genera Pseudomonas,and were easily resistant to methylisothiazolinone and benzoisothiazolinone.The results indicated that there were many factors leading to microbial contamination of products.On the one hand,it was caused by drug resistance of bacteria;on the other hand,it was closely related to external factors such as air,water sample and raw material pollution,but it does not exclude some physiological,genetic and metabolic characteristics of bacteria.In other words,the spoilage microorganisms polluted by industrial products were related to drug-resistant microorganism,but the concept and meaning were not the same.
