| 摘 要： | 褪黑素（Melatonin，Mel）对生殖调控有重要意义，本文主要介绍了褪黑素对男性下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴（HPG）三个水平的调节作用，同时探讨了褪黑素调节生殖活动的可能作用机制，并展望了其在男性生殖中的研究发展趋势及应用。

| Abstract: | Mehtonin(Mel)plays a important role in the regulation of reproduction.This article mainly illustrates modulation of mela- tonin on male hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal(HPG)axis,in which,meanwhile,the possible mechanisms of melatonin on regulating reproduc- tion activity and prospects of studies and application in male reproduction were discussed. |
