| Abstract: | 1. A single injection technique for GFR (14C-methoxyinulin clearance) was adapted for use in small mammals and applied to wild house mice (Mus musculus). 2. GFR in controls was 247 +/- 14(SE) microliter/min while that of mice acclimated to water shortage was reduced some 44%. |
