| 摘 要： | 基因组DNA大片段插入文库作为基因组学和基因克隆的技术平台，它的发展主要经历了Cosmid文加，YACs文库，BACs文库三个阶段，文中对几种文库作了简单的比较和评价，对大片段文库的应用人了比较详实的介绍。作者根据自己的建库经验，重点介绍了BAC文库的构建。

| Abstract: | The large-size insert DNA library is a platform for gene clone and isolation as well as genomic research . Cosmids library, YACs library, BACs library are the three steps in the development in construction of large-size insert DNA library. Different library systems are briefly compared. The applications of large-size DNA insert libraries were described in detail. The construction of BAC library was described in detail based on experencer in our lab. |
