| 摘 要： | 论述了一个基于基因本体论(geneontology)的生物信息个人数据库平台BIO.该数据库平台根据自身研究的需要,用基因本体论中的相关的规范术语来对基因序列信息进行注释,从而可以让用户从基因本体论的角度对生物信息序列进行查询.由于因特网上生物数据库中大量的关于基因序列信息的术语不统一、不规范,存在大量的信息冗余,用此方式可最大限度地精确所要查找的结果.文中详细论述了该数据库平台的研究背景、查询功能以及维护.

| Abstract: | A bio information personal database platform based on Gene Ontology BIO is discussed here in detail.According to our research goal,the gene sequence in the database platform is explained by the related terms of Gene Ontology so that users can find the gene sequence in terms of Gene Ontology.As the terms about gene sequence in the bio database of the Internet is not unified and the information is abundant,using Gene Ontology can maximize the exact result.The research background,research function and maintenance function of the database platform are introduced in detail in this passage. |
