Abstract: | Mouse spleen cells were cultured on Millipore filters supported on the surface of Eagle's agarose medium. The secretory products of individual plaque-forming centers (PFC) revealed after diffusion into the agarose, were studied over an extended period of time by transferring the Millipore filters to fresh agarose surfaces repeatedly in a manner analogous to the replica plating technique employed with bacteria. |
