| 摘 要： | 对八角茴香油（ａｎｉｓｅ ｏｉｌ）在三种溶剂中的结晶分离过程进行了研究，考察添加剂对结晶析出的影响，并用溶解度参数理论阐明溶剂的性质与结晶的关系，结果表明，乙醇，甲醇的结晶分离性能较为理想，而丙酮较差；添加剂能显著提高结晶产物的收率，但对结晶产物的纯度有一定的负面影响。

| Abstract: | Crystallization separation of anise oil in three kind solvents,as well as the influence of additive,was studied.It was concluded that alcohol and methanol had a more better effect than acetone on crystallization separation.Additive can intensely enhance the yield of crystallizing product,but with a certain negative influence on purity.The relation between crystallization and solvents property was described in theory of solubility parameter. |
