摘    要:光合细菌 (Photosyntheticbacteria ,PSB)光合产氢的研究是国内外普遍关注的热点问题。就PSB光合产氢的机理、条件及光合细菌生态应用等方面进行综述 ,并着重论述了光合细菌产氢过程中两种主要的酶—固氮酶和氢酶以及影响酶活性的因素。

Abstract:Photosynthetic production of hydrogen (PPH) by photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) received a lot of attentions the world over recently. The mechanism, operational conditions and the application of the PPH by PSB were reviewed in this paper. The emphasis was laid on the effects of nitrogenase, hydrogenase, and factors that affect the activities of the two main enzymes in the process of PPH.
