广西部分地区稻田皮炎的调查研究

广西各地稻田皮为存在已久。１９８４－１９９０年，经调查及实验研究，证实流行于上林、横县、宁明、龙州、天等、田阳、都安等县的稻田皮炎，其病原为包氏毛毕吸虫尾蚴，本虫的自然终宿主为家鸭，中间宿主是椭圆卜螺和小土蜗。皮炎的发生常与养鸭习惯、季节性、稻田种类及施肥等因素有关。每年的４－９月份为广西稻田皮炎发病季节，其中４－５月份为广西稻皮炎发病季节，其中４－５月份为发病高峰。

INVESTIGATION FOR REASONS OF PADDY-FIELD DERMATITIS IN SOME AREAS OF GUANGXI

The paddy-field dermatitis has existed for a long time in Guangxi.Through field investigations and experimental obsvervations in 1984 to 1990,the cercaria of Trichobilharzia paoi was determined as the only aetiological agent of Paddy-field dermatitis occurring in Shanglin, Hengxian, Ningming, Longzhou,Tiandeng,Tianyang and Duan prefectures. The natural final host of adult flukes is domestic duck Anas platyrhynchos,while the intermediate hosts are snails Radix swinhoei and Galba pervia.The dermatitis usually is happened in connection with such factors as duck-rearing way,seasonality,kinds of paddy-field and chemical fertilizer applied, The dermatitis is prevalent during April to September,and the highest incidence is occured in April to May.
