Abstract: | The experiments on mice have shown that aspartic acid and aspartic acid-containing functionally different agents (panangin, thymopentin, pentagastrin) promoted the in vitro differentiation of bone marrow T-precursors into T-lymphocytes and stimulated the in vivo immune response to SRBC. At the same time aspartic acid and panangin had no effect on the immune response to thymus-independent Vi-antigen. |
