| 摘 要： | 生物芯片因其自身的优越性已成为大批量分析必不可少的工具。针对不同的芯片载体和生物反应的不同要求,出现了许多不同的载体表面处理方法。主要对被动式生物芯片的各种不同的表面处理方法进行了比较,指出了其优缺点。
