| 摘 要： | 探讨白介素-6(IL-6)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)在冠心病(CHD)的发生发展中所起的作用及其之间的相互关系和临床意义。对70例住院冠心病患者采用ELISA和散射比浊法分别测定其血清中的IL-6、CRP水平的变化并与同期体检健康者34例作对照。显示患者CRP、IL-6值均明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.01)。炎症反应在冠心病的发生发展中起着重要的作用。如果能够在测定病人CRP及IL-6水平的同时建立患者的个体标准,则可以对患者病变程度及预后提供更好的临床依据。 |

| Abstract: | To elucidate the effects of interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in coronary heart disease(CHD),seventy patients suffered from CHD in a test group and 34 health persons as a control group were involved in this study.Serum levels of IL-6 and CRP were measured by ELISA and nephelometery.The concentrations of IL-6 and CRP in CHD test group were significantly higher than those in control group,which showed some clinical importance.The increment of serum levels of IL-6 and CRP are indicators for the development of CHD. |
