| Abstract: | The design and synthesis of alpha-helix peptidomimetics using inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reactions is described. The potency of the resulting pyridazine-based library to disrupt the Bak/Bcl-X(L) interaction was tested using an in vitro fluorescence polarization assay. |
