芽枝孢霉菌在0.50mol/L盐酸溶液中生存状况观察分析

为观察研究霉菌在不同生态环境下的生存状况,采用肉眼观察和显微镜下观察,并与其他霉菌鉴别比较。经约1 a时间的观察研究和鉴别鉴定,该菌符合芽枝孢霉菌特征。该菌具有较强的生命力,嗜酸,无需固形物支持,在液态环境中也能生存,说明芽枝孢霉菌在自然界环境条件下极易存活,至于是否对动植物和人类产生危害,还有待于深入研究。

Observation and Analysis of Cladosporium's Survival Condition in 0.50 mol/L HCl

The survival condition of a mould in different eco-environments were observed with naked eyes and through microscope,identified and compared with other mould.After one year observation,research,comparison and identification,it coincided in features of Cladosporium.It had fairly strong vitality,acidophile,and no need solid supporter,it even survived in liquid environment,indicating that Cladosporiumcould easily survive in natural environment,however,would it be harmful to animal,plant,and human being remain to be studied further.
