| Abstract: | Synthesis of 5 S RNA and transfer RNA has been shown to begin at the onset of gastrulation in eggs of the milkweed bug, Oncopeltus fasciatus. 5 S RNA synthesis parallels that of ribosomal RNA, but transfer RNA synthesis is somewhat different. |
