摘    要:栽培在棉籽壳和麦草培养基上的姬松茸具有完整的胞外纤维素酶系;胞外CMC酶、FP酶、HC酶和蛋白酶活性呈周期性变化,其活性高峰对应于子实体的成熟期;胞外淀粉酶、漆酶和过氧化物酶在菌丝生长阶段活性较高,以后逐渐下降;胞外果胶酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性在整个栽培过程中变化不大;棉籽壳和麦草两种培养基中的九种胞外酶的活性变化趋势差异不大。

ACTIVITY CHANGES OF NINE EXTRACELLULAR ENZYMES FROM AGARICUS BLAZEI CULTIVATED ON COTTON SEED HULL AND WHEAT STRAW COMPOSTS

Abstract:Agaricus blazei Murvill cultivated on cotton seed hull and wheatstraw composts had a complete set of extracellular cellulase. The activities of extracellular CMCase(carboxymenthel cellulase), FPase(filter paper cellulase), HCase (hemicellulase) and protease changed periodically and their peaks were all at the time when the fruitbody matured. The activities of extracellular amylase, laccase and peroxidase were comparatively high at mycelial growth stage, and gradually decreased afterwards. There were few changes in the activities of extracellular pectase and β- glucosidase in the whole period of cultivation. For the dynamic activity changes of the nine above extracellular enzymes, there was little difference between mycelium-colonised composts of cotton seed hull and wheat straw.
