尼莫地平对急性脑缺血大鼠一氧化氮和自由基的影响

摘    要:本文在大鼠双侧颈总动脉闭塞的不完全性脑缺血模型上,观察了尼莫地平在脑缺血中对一氧化氮( N O) 和自由基的影响。发现尼莫地平显著降低脑缺血大鼠血清中乳酸脱氢酶( L D H) 活性,丙二醛( M D A)含量,增加 N O 含量。结果提示:尼莫地平对脑缺血大鼠的保护作用可能与其抗脂质过氧化及增加 N O 有关。

Abstract:For observing the effect of nimodipine on nitric oxide and free redical in brain ischemia the models of incomplete brain ischemia in rats by occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries were built It's found that nimodipine decreased the serum activity of Lavtate dehydrogenase(LDH)and content of malondialdehyde(MDA),and increased content of nitric oxids (NO).The results suggested that the protective effects of nimodipine on brain ischemia in rats may be related to its antilipid peroxidation and increased No content.
