摘    要:运用2因素2次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究了温度和光照周期对淡足侧沟茧蜂Microplitis pallidipes Szepligeti寄生率和性比的影响,并建立了回归模型,旨在为优化寄生蜂雌性比率、提高寄生率提供资料。主效分析表明,温度、光周期与寄生率呈抛物线关系,编码值为零水平取值时,寄生率达到最大;温度对雌性比率的影响大于光周期。交互作用表明,温度和光周期对斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura Fabricius幼虫被寄生率有明显的负交互效应,而对侧沟茧蜂雌性比率的交互作用不明显。通过对模型进行模拟,温度为28℃、光周期L∶D=12∶12时,寄生率达到最大(71.89%);温度为33.7℃、光周期为L∶D=12∶12时,雌性比率达最高值(0.57)。
