摘    要:
以素心建兰茎尖诱导产生的根状茎为材料,研究不同基本培养基和几种生长调节剂组合对其增殖与芽分化的影响。结果表明,MS培养基为最佳增殖培养基,增殖的最适培养周期为40 d;NAA 0.2 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L组合最适于根状茎分化,芽分化率达445%。

Abstract:
Effects of basic medium and plant growth regulator combination on the multiplication and differentiation of rhizomes of Cymbidium ensifolium var.susin induced from seed germination were studied.The results showed that the optimum medium for multiplication and growth of rhizomes was MS medium,and the best culturing period of multiplication was 40 days.The optimum plant growth regulator combination for differentiation of rhizomes was NAA 0.2mg/L 6-BA 2.0mg/L,which regeneration rate of shoots reached 445%.
