| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱法测定抗毒素中的间甲酚含量。样品用苯甲醇作内标,经高氯酸沉淀蛋白、氯仿抽提后,通过HP-INNO-WAX柱,以氢火焰检测器测定间甲酚含量。内标峰与样品峰的分离度大于1.5,平均回收率及变异系数分别为100.067%和1.93%,测定线性范围0.0202~1.7588mg/ml,最小检测限为0.01272mg/ml,该方法准确快速,比化学方法好。

Determination of the content of Metacresol in antitoxin by gas chromatography |

| Abstract: | A gas chromatography(GC) method was developed for determination of metacresol in antitoxin.The benzyl was added in as internal standard.The samples were precipitated by perchloric acid and extracted by chloroform,then the extracts were analysed on HP-INNOWAX column and the flame ionization detector was used for determination of metacresol.Resolution of internal standard peak and sample peak is more than 1.5.The average recovery is 100.067% and the average CV value is 1.93%.The linear range for determination of metacresol is between 0.0202～1.7588mg/ml,and the limit of detection is 0.01272mg/ml.The method is accurate and fast in comparision with the chemical method. |
