筛选适于玉米芯栽培的黑木耳菌株的新方法

摘    要:目的:使用简捷快速的方法鉴选出适于玉米芯栽培的黑木耳菌株。方法:试验以纯玉米芯为营养源,以琼脂为凝固载体,使用平板培养基快速筛选出适于玉米芯栽培的黑木耳菌株。结果:使用20个供试菌株,只需20d初步筛选出"HW10号"、"黑29"两株适于玉米芯培养料栽培的黑木耳菌株。栽培试验结果为,添加玉米芯栽培出菇,黑木耳子实体经济性状与纯木屑栽培组无差别,"HW10号"玉米新添加量为40%时产量最高,比对照木屑组产量提高7.25%;"黑29"玉米新添加量为30%时产量最高,比对照木屑组产量提高8.82%。结论:使用平板培养基快速筛选适于玉米芯栽培的黑木耳菌株方法可行,该筛选方法操作简单、缩短筛选时间、筛选成本低。

Abstract:Objective:To obtain a simple and rapid Auricularia auricula selection method that is suitable for the corncob cultivation.Method:The plate cuture method using the medium containing the pure corncob and agar was used to select Auricularia auricula strains that was suitable for the corncob cultivation.Result:Two Auricularia auricula strains(strain HW10 and HEI 29) were selected to be suitable for the corncob cultivation from the test 20 strains in 20 days.Comparing the corncob cutivation with the sawdust cutivation,the economic character of the Auricularia auricula fruiting body was not different.For strian HW10,the yield of Auricularia auricula was up to the highest when the content of the corncob was 40%,and the yield increased by 7.25% comparing with the sawdust cutivation.For strain HEI 29,the yield of Auricularia auricula was up to the highest when the content of the corncob was 30%,and the yield increased by 8.82% comparing with the sawdust cutivation.Conclusion:The results showed the plate cuture method was suitable for selecting Auricularia auricula strains with the corncob cultivation because it was easy to operate,could shortern the selection time and decrease the cost.
