摘    要:目的比较五指山小型猪在急性心肌梗死造模前行股动脉穿刺所使用的两种方法的成功率和并发症发生率以及所花费时间,为动物实验时行股动脉穿刺提供依据。方法拟行股动脉穿刺的五指山小型猪16头随机分为两组即切开直视穿刺组(n:8)和超声引导穿刺组(n=8),比较两组穿刺的成功率、并发症发生率以及穿刺所花费时间。结果切开直视穿刺组的成功率及感染发生率均无差异,但出血发生率前者显著低于后者(P〈0.05),且花费时间也明显少于后者(P〈0.05)。结论切开直视股动脉穿刺术是一种成功率高,安全性好,花费时间相对较少的方法。

Abstract:Objective To compare the success rate and the incidence of complications, and the time expenditure of two methods of femoral artery puncture in the preparation of minipig models of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Sixteen Wuzhishan mini-pigs were randomly divided into two groups : the ultrasound-guided puncture group ( n = 8 ) and puncture group under direct vision via surgical incision ( n = 8). The success rate and incidence of complications and the time expenditure in the both groups were analyzed. Results The success rate and infection rate in the two groups were 100% and 0% , respectively. Major bleeding complications and time expenditure in the puncture group under direct vision via surgical incision were s!gnificantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion The femoral artery puncture under direct vision via surgical incision is a safe and effective method, also a relatively time saving method.
