| 摘 要： | 由于前列腺炎病因和发病机制复杂且症状多样，故缺乏特异性的药物治疗，效果不理想，复发率较高。为了探讨其发病机制和筛选有效的药物，需要通过实验研究并采用大量体内与体外模型，严格模拟前列腺炎发生发展过程。目前前列腺炎的实验研究还没有统一标准，我们就前列腺炎研究的实验方法和观察指标的研究近况做一综述。

| Abstract: | Because of its complex pathogenesis and symptoms, the treatment for prostatitis lacking enough speci-ficity is far from satisfactory, the relapse rate is quite high in patients. In order to explore the pathogenesis and screen effective drugs, we need to adopt lots of models in vivo and in vitro, strictly simulating prostatitis develop-ment. In this paper, we attempted to summarize the recent information about experiment methods and the observa- tion indexes of prostatitis. |
