| Abstract: | We have shown that, in addition to inhibition of the succinate-supported energy pathway (5), CS inhibition of mitochondrial Complex II activity also limits fatty acid oxidation. These results are consistent with the participation of altered lipid metabolism in CS nephrotoxicity. |
