胰腺癌中小肠细菌过度生长及炎症介质异常表达分析

目的 本研究通过检测胰腺癌患者小肠细菌过度生长(SIBO)、癌组织中IL 1β、IL 6和TNF α的表达水平,探讨胰腺癌患者是否更易发生SIBO及SIBO伴随的炎症介质水平变化。 方法 采用葡萄糖氢呼气试验(HBT)检测40例胰腺癌患者和40例健康查体人群的SIBO的发生情况。采用免疫组织化学技术(IHC)测定胰腺癌组织中IL 1β、IL 6和TNF α的表达情况,分析与胰腺癌临床病理的关系。 结果 胰腺癌组SIBO阳性率为60.0%,健康对照组SIBO阳性率为15.0%,胰腺癌组SIBO阳性率显著高于对照组(P结论 胰腺癌患者较健康人更容易发生SIBO,SIBO可能通过促进IL 1β、IL 6及TNF α的表达影响胰腺癌的发生发展。

Analysis between small intestinal bacteria overgrowth and abnormal expression of inflammatory mediators in pancreatic cancer

Objective To explore whether patients with pancreatic cancer (PC) are more prone to small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and analyze the changes of SIBO and inflammatory mediator levels. Methods The occurrence of SIBO was detected by using hydrogen breath test (HBT) in 40 patients with PC and 40 healthy physical examinees.The expressions of IL 1β, IL 6 and TNF α in the PC tissue were determined with immunohistochemistry (IHC). The correlation between the clinical pathology of PC and SIBO was analyzed. Results The positive rate of SIBO was 60% in the patients with PC vs 15.0% in the healthy controls, with significant difference (PConclusion Patients with pancreatic cancer were more likely to develop SIBO than healthy people.SIBO may influence the development of pancreatic cancer by promoting the expressions of IL 1β, IL 6 and TNF α.
