摘    要:为了探讨铁代谢在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)发病中的作用,对GDM患者体内铁负荷状态、氧化应激水平及抗氧化状态进行分析研究.在912例孕24~28周产前检查的孕妇中,按血糖筛查和糖耐量试验筛选出GDM孕妇32例为实验组,随机选择糖耐量正常孕妇26例作为对照组,分别测定两组孕妇的血红蛋白(Hb)等指标,以评价机体铁代谢状况;测...

Abstract:To evaluate the iron metabolism,oxidative stress and antioxidative state in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),32 pregnant women were diagnosed as GDM among 912 pregnant women by blood glucose screening and glucose tolerance test,and 26 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance test results were selected as control group.The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),serum iron(SI),total iron-binding capacity(TIBC),serum ferritin(SF),total iron binding capacity(TIBC) and transfering saturation(TRF) were detected to estimate the body iron status.Plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were chosen as biomarkers of oxidative stress.The levels of Hb,SI,SF,TRF and TIBC of GDM group were obviously higher than those of control group,whereas SOD and TIBC reversed.Iron metabolism is closely related to insulin resistance of GDM women.The iron status was disturbed in subjects with diabetes,leading to oxidative stress and destruction of antioxidant defense system.
