Effect of Enteral Nutrition and Complex Amino Acid Capsule on Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

To study the effect of applying enteral nurtrition with complex amino acid capsule on the nutrition status and immune function of the patients with chronic bronchitis,70 patients were randomly divided into two groups.35 patients in the treatment group were given enteral nutrition and complex amino acid capsule on the basis of regular diet,while another 35 patients in the control group were received only reqular diet without enteral nutrition and complex amino acid capsule.We observed the changes of the nutrition status and immune function of the patients one day before treatment and on the 20th day.On the 20th day of therapy,the Serum albumin,Prealbumin and Haemoglobi of the patients in the treatment group were higher than those of the patients in the control group(p<0.05).The immune parameters(including IgG,IgM and IgA) in the trearment group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The application of enteral nutrition with complex amino acid capsule to the chronic bronchitis patients could contribute to improvement in nutritional status and immune function.
