摘    要:T-2毒素是一种可由三线镰刀菌,拟支孢镰刀菌、梨孢镰刀菌等产生的单端孢霉素,与食物中毒性白细胞缺乏症(Alimentary toxicaleukia,ATA)的发生有关。据报道,T-2毒素可以诱导人的成纤维细胞非程序DNA合成增高,引起地鼠骨髓细胞和人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变,导致大鼠淋巴细胞的DNA单链断裂,还可以使人胎儿食管上皮

Abstract:T-2 toxin,which is considered to be as-sociated with intoxication known as the ali-mentary toxic aleukia (ATA),is found tobe a mutagen in the assays of SCE,micronu-clei,chromosome aberrations and 6-TG resis-tant mutation using V 79 cells. When V 79 cells were treated for 24 hoursby T-2 toxin,the same rate of significantincrease in micronuclei and slight increase inchromosome aberrations were observed with orwithout the addition of activation system ofrat hepatocytes or esophageal epithelial cells.The positive results were also noted in rathepatocyte-mediated 6-TG resistant mutationand rat esophageal epithelial cell-mediatedSCE. It seems that the epoxide structure of T-2 toxin may be responsible for the direct ge-notoxic effects and HT-2,the metabolite ofhepatocyte enzymes may be the final productto induce gene mutation in V 79 cells.Therat esophageal cells also possess their ownenzymes to convert T-2 toxin into an activecompound which specifically induced the in-crease of SCE.All these results show thatT-2 toxin might be a potential carcinogenalthough further investigation is required.
