| 摘 要： | 用SD大鼠检测正常状态下血清内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子、二胺氧化酶、还原谷胱甘肽和肠匀浆二胺氧化酶，采用多指标测试的实验方法进行分析。通过上述检测，为大鼠有关生化指标提供了一些基本数据。 |

| Abstract: | The levels of endotoxin in the peripheral and portal blood,and tumor necrosis factor,the contents of diamine oxidase,the lipid peroxide,reduced glutathione and intestinal tissue of diamine oxidase and lipid peroxide were measured in healthy SD rats.The results were analysed and dicussed according to the multiple index in simultaneous measuring method.Some basic data of the normal rat's index were provided by this result. |
