| 摘 要： | 肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤中具有自我更新能力和分化潜能,能产生异质性细胞的细胞。我们简要阐述了肿瘤干细胞存在的证据、分离技术及来源,并对以肿瘤干细胞为靶标的肿瘤治疗途径、临床应用前景和问题进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Stem cells are defined as cells that have the ability to perpetuate themselves through self-renewal and to generate mature cells of a particular tissue through differentiation.In this article we discussed the evidence for the existence of cancer stem cells,separation technology and sources of cancer stem cells,and tumor-targeted therapeutic approach,clinical potential value and some problems to solve were reviewed. |
