| 摘 要： | 洛贝林,是从半边莲的品种中提取的一种哌啶生物碱。近期发现洛贝林可以逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药,可能作为新型、低毒、有效的耐药逆转剂。研究其作用机理、体内实验等将有助于探讨其临床实用性。
