紫花亚菊(Ajania purpurea)的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘    要:以紫花亚菊茎段为外植体对其进行组织培养,MS为基本培养基,设置不同激素浓度配比,对试验结果进行观察分析,筛选出适合的配方:启动培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg·L-1+NAA0.01mg·L-1;继代培养基MS+6-BA0.3mg·L-1+NAA0.05mg·L-1,组培苗分化率高;不定根最适诱导培养基为:1/2MS+IBA0.15mg·L-1,生根率达90%以上,组培苗移栽成活率达95%。

Abstract:The tissue culture technology of Ajania purpurea was studied in this research.Stem-segments of Ajania purpurea were used as explants.Bud formation on the nodal explants was induced on an optimal medium MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.01 mg·L-1.To get a high propagation ratio,the seedlings were transferred to the medium of MS+6-BA 0.3 mg·L-1+NAA 0.05 mg·L-1.The optimal medium for adventitious root inducing was 1/2MS+IBA 0.15 mg·L-1 and the rooting rate was at least 90%.The plantlets were transplanted to pots with sands and acclimated for several weeks.The rooted and acclimated plantlets were transferred outdoors with 95% transplantation success.
